2. Charitable Giving & Social Impact

Bound Together Studio is a mission-driven organization.

  • The Commitment: A portion of the proceeds from every eligible sale will be donated to one of the four charitable organizations featured on our website.

  • Charity choice: If you do not select a charity at checkout, the studio may either split the contribution among the listed charities or, when feasible, donate it to the charity you previously selected.

    Transparency: A portion of the sale from each awareness product is donated to these causes. The exact percentage may vary depending on product margins and seasonal campaigns. Donations are aggregated and distributed annually.

3. Product Authenticity & Variations

  • Handcrafted Nature: Our jewelry and art are made by hand. You understand that small differences in design, color, or finish are normal for handmade items and are not defects.

  • Materials: We make every effort to list materials (e.g., metals, stones) accurately. If you have specific metal sensitivities, contact us with any questions or concerns before purchasing.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund, provided the item is in its original condition.

  • Custom Orders: Any "Custom" or "Bespoke" pieces are Final Sale and are not eligible for return due to the personalized nature of the work.

  • Shipping Liability: Bound Together Studio, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost by the carrier, though we will assist in filing a claim where possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bound Together Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and logos appearing on BoundTogetherStudio.org are the sole property of Bound Together Studio, LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these designs is strictly prohibited.
